Lorraine M. Faedo is a Vice President with REI Wealth Management, LLC. Lorraine has been in the client service business her entire career. She enjoys helping her clients and solving any questions or issues they may have. She enjoys contributing to a team effort in order to help her clients reach their goals. Her current responsibilities include:

  • Opening of client accounts along with maintaining client compliance.
  • Resolves client's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting client information and analyzing client needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing client information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

From January 2008 thru July 2014, Lorraine worked at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. She was part of the original seven people to open the Tampa office which became the second largest office in Florida. She was an AVP–Assistant Portfolio Officer. Lorraine supported the sales team and the portfolio managers. Her key responsibilities included:

  • Preparing sales proposals for prospects
  • Preparing client presentations for meetings with clients
  • Opening new accounts and maintaining client information along with compliance
  • Coordinate Private Banking product and solutions to clients
  • Coordinate loan closings, modifications, renewals and fundings.

At Bank of America, Lorraine was an Assistant Vice President in the Wealth Management group. From 1989 until December 2007, Lorraine worked and provided assistance to her team which included a Private Client Advisor and Private Client Manager. She specialized in Private lending, investment products and client service to high net worth clients and prospects. Lorraine also served as the primary point of contact having daily interaction with the firm's most valuable clients. Her responsibilities included:

  • Resolving questions accurately and timely.
  • Support team and company goals.
  • Perform servicing and account maintenance activities including transactions, deposits, and transfers.
  • Coordinate loan closings, modifications, renewals and fundings.
  • Maintained client information and records.

Lorraine's skills include Client Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information and Multi-tasking.

Lorraine attended Hillsborough Community College in their pre-nursing program. She graduated from Jefferson High School in Tampa, Florida. A lifelong resident of Tampa she enjoys music, fine wine, cooking, animals, family and friends.
